Giles Wiley has been involved in training and teaching martial arts for over 27 years and also has a degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. Giles is a former South African Champion and has competed in Kickboxing and Martial Arts tournaments in Africa, Austria, Italy, Scotland, Britain and Canada. He has had over 30 amateur fights and has instructor rankings in Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do, Taekwon-Do and has coached boxing. Despite being involved in martial arts most of his life and having trained with some of the world’s top instructors Giles feels so grateful to now study and learn the Khanomtom Muay Thai system under Kru Ray Cole and to be able to share the true authentic and beautiful art of Muay Thai. Giles has also trained extensively in Thailand at the world-famous Sitsongpeenong Gym with Lumpinee Champions and some of the sports top trainers such as Monlit Sitjaopho. An official Judge with the USMTA and a Certified Trainer with the Florida State Boxing Commission – Giles seeks to grow the sport of Muay Thai in Florida. He also teaches Muay Thai and anti-bullying in the Duval County After-Schools program. Giles is passionate about helping people realize their true potential and achieve all of their goals. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with over 20 years in the fitness profession. He has written for top national magazines such as Men’s Fitness and is author of the book and DVD 5-Minute Flexibility.
